Peer Recognition

At Hillsboro Health we want to acknowledge quality work performed by our fellow team members. The Excellence in Quality Award is an internal nomination one team member can give to another team member.  This is a way for coworkers to acknowledge exceptional performance or behavior that meets or exceeds the standards set forth in the 6 Domains of Healthcare Quality (AHRQ).

  • Efficient: Care that avoids waste of equipment, supplies. Ideas, and energy.
  • Equitable: Care that does not vary quality due to personal characteristics
