Registration is now open for the 2026 Health and Wellness Fair!

Tuesday, June 16 & Wednesday, June 17
6:30 - 9 a.m.

Location: Hillsboro Health Fitness and Aquatics Gym (Please enter at Fitness and Aquatics doors)
Registration: Call 217-532-4200 to schedule your health and wellness fair appointment. Please register by June 12. Walk-ins accepted between 8:30-9 a.m.

You are required to have a healthcare practitioner to participate in the Health Fair. Call Hillsboro Health Primary Care at 217-532-4351 if you need to establish with a primary provider.

These tests are offered as a part of Hillsboro Health efforts in community wellness. These tests are completed on a cash basis only. These tests are for screening purposes and are not considered medically necessary testing. They will not be billed to nor will they be covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or any insurance companies.
