Pre-registration at Hillsboro Healthcare

Pre-register to Save Time

Pre-registration allows Hillsboro Health to make better use of your time when you arrive for a scheduled service. It also gives us the opportunity to contact your insurance providers in advance of appointments/admission to ensure that appropriate pre-authorizations are obtained.

How to Pre-Register

Call a customer service representative at 217-532-4155, Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Please have the following information available prior to calling:

  • Insurance cards
  • Name and address of your physician 

Information to bring with you to Hillsboro Health after pre-registration is complete:

  • All current health insurance cards
  • Picture ID
  • Prescription/order for you test (if your doctor gave you a copy)
  • Healthcare proxy/living will/DNR/power of attorney (if you have one established)
  • Previous x-rays (if applicable)
