Focused on Women’s Wellness

The 2025 Ladies Night Out at Hillsboro Health was a tremendous success. With a packed room, approximately fifty women from around the Montgomery County gathered to learn all about women’s wellness. This year’s topics focused on internal beauty, physical fitness, nutritional wellness and skin health. 

Speakers at this year’s event were all Montgomery County small business owners. They included: Mckinsy Leitz of Honey Mugs Coffee Co. in Nokomis, Kim Lipe of Fit Bodies 4 Life in Coffeen, Carrie Alexander, Personal Trainer in Hillsboro, and Crystal Rivali of Willow Lane Spa in Litchfield. This well-rounded panel offered important insight into common women when it comes to wellness and their bodies.
