Hillsboro Health announces the opening of a new Primary Care Clinic. Family Medicine providers Michael Koeppen, MD,  and Katie Wollermain, FNP-C, are accepting new patients. 

Located in the Douglas-Telfer building at 1220 E. Tremont St. on the Hillsboro Health campus, the Primary Care clinic providers welcome patients of all ages, including pediatric patients, for sick visits, wellness visits and chronic condition management. Stop by our office or call to pick up a new patient packet or to see if we accept your insurance.
