Hillsboro Health believes in empowering its community to take charge of their health. There is no better way to do that than enjoying a Lunch and Learn program with a seasoned medical provider. On Wednesday, November 5, Hillsboro Health Specialty Clinics Urologist Dr. Karasis led an insightful conversation on the frequent urinary concerns he has seen over his many years of practice.

With a room full of attendees, Dr. Karasis addressed three common urinary topics: blood in the urine, urinary incontinence and prostate issues. After providing an educational overview of each concern, Dr. Karasis opened the floor for discussion and a question-and-answer session. The event left participants better informed and more confident in taking proactive steps toward their own health.
