Registration is now open for the 2025 Health & Wellness Fair at Hillsboro Health!
This community event offers the same quality labs that you receive all year long at a discounted price!
The Health & Wellness Fair will occur on Tuesday, June 17 and Wednesday, June18, 2025 from 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM. Pre-registration for appointments is strongly encouraged, but walk-ins are accepted between 8:30 AM and 9 AM.
To schedule an appointment at the 2025 Health & Wellness Fair please call the lab directly at 217-532-4200. After the appointment is scheduled, please complete the registration form here or pick one up at either the Main Hospital Lobby or the Fitness & Aquatics Lobby. Completed registration forms are due no later than Tuesday, June 10, 2025.
Please note, patients need to be under the care of a Primary Care Provider to participate in the Health & Wellness Fair. If you do not have a Primary Care Provider, please contact our Primary Care Clinic at 217-532-4351 and schedule your new patient appointment today!
Labs that are available at the Health & Wellness Fair include the following:
- Health Fair Panel: Tests for blood sugar, BUN, creatine, potassium, sodium, SGOT, SGPT, WBC, hematocrit, hemoglobin, bilirubin, cholesterol, eGFR, triglyceride, LDL, HDL, T/C ratio, and calcium 12 hour fasting required) - $40
- Vitamin D - $35
- Hepatitis C - $35
- Health Fair PSA Testing (men only) - $35
- Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) - $35
- Hemoglobin A-1C (3-month average glucose level) - $30
*Note: These labs are paid out of at the discounted rate listed above; they are not billable to insurance.
